Flatwoods Wilderness Park Entrance and Welcome Center

This is the entrance on Morris Bridge Road (looking north) - see small brown sign on right - entrance is on left (west side of road)

If you see this when you turn in you are in the right spot.

Please donate $1 to the park fund.

This is the Welcome Center and where you will find bathrooms, water and showers. We will have additional Portalets at the race start also. The start of the race and registration areas are just ahead.

Take a right at this stop sign (the first since the Welcome Center) and park on a 45 degree diagonal on the sides of the road.

At the end of this road (.3 miles) is the start of the race, the registration area and bathrooms. Park on a diagonal on either side of the road.

It will look a little different on race day but this is the registration area and start of race.

Just to the left of the registration tables you enter the shell road. There is a quick "S" turn and then a .3 mile straightaway.

This is the beautiful "Three Bridges Road", a packed shell road.

After you exit the shell road, you take a left onto the main cross country loop but only 100 ft. down the path is the entrance to the .6 mile trail section of the course.

Cross country intersection on back loop

After you come back through the trail section you re-enter the packed shell road. Only .3 miles to go. It's Monkey Time.

This is the finish (go around the tree on the left) as you come off of the shell road

Great Job! Hope you loved the course.
